FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Dry Hire is where you just hire the bar as a hub for serving drinks that you provide. You also have the choice of hiring us to serve your drinks. It’s a great way to provide free drinks to your guests and with us, your drinks are served professionally while we ensure that your stock is being put to its best use.

It’s simple!…

  1. Get it contact with us using the contact form giving as much detail as possible about your event and your requirements.
  2. We’ll answer any questions you have, iron out the finer details and send you a quote.
  3. Read our T&Cs and pay the deposit to secure your date.

We are dry hire only, so the menu is up to you!

Please note that there is no capacity to serve hot drinks.

We do not need long to situate the trailer and secure it. We will install the flower wall and, depending on your requirements, can decorate the interior for you also.

All in, it typically takes half an hour from arrival to readiness. We will require access at these times.

Absolutely! Our fantastic flower installation comes as standard, if it’s not your cup of tea then let us know and we can discuss alternatives.

Heaps!!!! Our experience is invaluable. The Little Langton was born in 2020, in this time we have worked for many weddings and busy festivals across the country. If you need any advice about your drinks offerings for your event, we’d be happy to help.

We are ninjas at getting the box ready to serve. If you need professional staff to man the bar too, then let us know – we know the bar inside out and we’ll make sure that your stock is used efficiently.

Our hire fee is £400 per day.

Depending on location, there may be an extra charge for milage. If you require staff or any other services (see “What else can I get help with?”) then this will incur additional cost also.

  • A flat space to locate
  • Good access
  • Electricity point (standard plug socket) within 40m

With dry hire, you provide the drinks and are giving them away so a licence is not required. This said, we do require the hirer to declare that their alcohol is served in a responsible manner.

You may not sell your drinks without a premises licence and a personal licence; the hirer must also declare that this is not the case.

We find that 2 servers is comfortable but you can fit 3 servers for bigger events.

2 efficient servers can typically keep around 150 guests topped up and happy. We pride ourselves on our efficiency and are available to man the bar for you.

Unsurprisingly, yes. A damage deposit of £500 is payable before the event and will be returned when the bar is collected in the same condition that it was given – clean and undamaged.

We will go through a visual check with you before giving you control of the bar to ensure that we are aligned on any existing blemishes.
